Separate campaign consent
BCS LLC separates SMS programs by use case. Each program requires consent that matches the message purpose, and consent for one program is not treated as consent for unrelated campaigns.
BCS LLC does not use purchased lists, scraped lists, affiliate lead lists, third-party lead generation lists, or shared consent from another company.
Customer care and account notifications
Used for support follow-up, account or service updates, appointment coordination, onboarding follow-up, and responses to direct requests.
Opt-in: Website request form with an unchecked SMS consent checkbox.

Used when authorized participants communicate through an application-managed BCS LLC messaging workflow, such as masked or relayed conversation coordination.

Promotional texts require separate express consent specific to marketing messages. Marketing consent is not bundled into service or support consent.

Future campaign types
Additional campaign types such as security alerts, two-factor authentication, or dedicated account notifications should be submitted separately only when the product workflow and consent evidence are finalized.
